Students from St Swithun’s school, Winchester, have been celebrating their recent success in the Education Perfect Languages Championships 2021. Following a week of intense competition, St Swithun’s was awarded first place for UK schools and ranked an impressive 58th worldwide.

The pandemic and its associated lockdown and travel restrictions have not stopped King’s Ely students and their friends overseas from enjoying their latest Erasmus+ project.

Twelve-year-old Chloe Johnson, a student at St Swithun’s school in Winchester, has finished seventh in the world at the annual Education Perfect Northern Championships. Her remarkable score of 15,501 points also earned her a prestigious elite award.
